Returns & Refund
Due to the nature of fabric cutting and handmade goods, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Photos may be required for damaged items.
All efforts will be made to resolve any damages or product issues and we are happy to work with you where reasonably able to accommodate.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Custom orders require additional time and estimates will be provided directly upon review and consideration of the request.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Stitchy Love by Cole is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Custom Orders
Custom projects are quoted individually based on materials, size, and complexity. A deposit may be required before work begins. Timelines vary depending on project scope.
